Blaine Apparel Co aims to provide you with a great shopping experience, but we do understand that sometimes a product will arrive misprinted/damaged/defective. Exchanges for misprinted/damaged/defective item(s) can be processed by mail within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via: howcanwehelp@blaineapparelco.com to begin the exchange process. Please include photos and your order details when contacting us. After 14 days have passed you retain full ownership of your products(s) purchased from this site.
Please Note:
- Due to the fact that all items are made to order, All Sales Are Final. Exchanges will only be honored for misprinted/damaged/defective item(s).
- Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. This process can take 3 to 5 business days.
- After the first exchange of a product, the exchange will be final, and items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable.
- Any returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, with tags still attached, and free of debris, hair, deodorant, etc.
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend that all returns greater than $50 be insured as we cannot guarantee an exchange if the package is lost or damaged during transit.
- There is no guarantee that the item(s) needed for an exchange will be instock by the time we receive your exchange. If we are not able to have another item produced we will issue you a store credit for the original sale price including any applicable taxes.
